Please read these terms carefully before using GalaxyPe Pay-In collections and Payout disbursement services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the GalaxyPe website, creating an account, or using our Pay-In or Payout services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. About GalaxyPe

GalaxyPe provides payment technology that helps businesses collect customer payments and disburse funds to beneficiaries through supported payment rails. Features, availability, and processing timelines may depend on banking partners, network conditions, and your account configuration.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use GalaxyPe services, you must:

  • Be a legally registered business or an authorized representative of one.

  • Provide accurate business, contact, and KYC information during onboarding.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, API keys, and access tokens.

  • Promptly update us if your business or compliance details change.

4. Services Description

Depending on your approved account, GalaxyPe may enable:

  • Pay-In: collection of payments via supported methods such as UPI, QR, cards, and net banking.

  • Payout: disbursement of funds via supported options such as UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS.

  • Dashboard & APIs: tools for transaction tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and integration.

5. Merchant Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes and approved use cases.

  • Ensure beneficiary and customer details submitted for transactions are accurate.

  • Not process prohibited, fraudulent, or high-risk transactions without prior written approval where required.

  • Comply with applicable laws, RBI/partner bank guidelines, and chargeback or dispute procedures.

  • Maintain sufficient balance or settlement arrangements for payouts and fees.

6. Fees & Settlements

Service fees, commissions, and settlement timelines are as agreed in your commercial arrangement or dashboard configuration. GalaxyPe may deduct applicable charges before settlement. Delayed banking networks, compliance holds, or incomplete information may affect settlement timing.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use GalaxyPe to:

  • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity.

  • Misrepresent identity, business nature, or transaction purpose.

  • Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disruption of platform systems.

  • Process transactions for restricted goods, services, or jurisdictions as defined by law or our risk policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability and strong payment success rates, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, partner bank downtime, network issues, or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All GalaxyPe branding, software, documentation, and platform content remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services as permitted under these terms and your account agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GalaxyPe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to fees paid by you for the specific service period giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail compliance checks, pose elevated risk, or if required by law or banking partners. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to outstanding obligations, settlements, and dispute handling.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the location of our registered office, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of GalaxyPe after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
